Business Data Analyst – Sales & Partner Analytics (Santa Clara)
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst with strong experience in sales and partner analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, partner, and operations teams to generate insights that drive revenue growth, improve pipeline visibility, and optimize partner performance.Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales pipeline, revenue trends, and partner performance to identify growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for sales and partner metricsSupport forecasting, quota tracking, and performance analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven insightsMonitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, conversion rates, and win ratesIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvementRequired Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in business/data analytics, preferably in sales or partner domainsStrong proficiency in SQL and ExcelExperience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or LookerGood understanding of sales funnels, pipeline metrics, and revenue analysisFamiliarity with CRM tools such as SalesforceStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsKey Competencies: Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate data into actionable business insightsDetail-oriented with a proactive mindset
