Insulation Installer

Systematic Attic is a growing Phoenix attic insulation and duct performance company. We're looking for a motivated installer who wants steady work, good pay, and a real shot at moving up. No insulation experience required. If you're hardworking and coachable, we'll train you. What you'll do: * Insulation removal and blown-in install, air sealing, and duct cleaning, all under an experienced lead * Keep job sites clean and equipment in shape * Learn the trade from the ground up What we're looking for: * Motivated, reliable, shows up on time every day * Comfortable with physical work: attic conditions, Phoenix heat, lifting 50+ lbs * Valid driver's license * Construction, labor, or trades experience is a plus but not required The basics: full-time, year-round work. Summers we start early, 4:30-6:00 AM, so you're out of the attic before the worst of the heat. Paid sick time, paid holidays, uniforms and gear on us, paid training. Pay: $22/hr plus monthly bonuses for safety, clean job sites, and customer feedback. Our lead roles pay $26-32/hr, and we fill them from inside first. Prove yourself and that's your next step.
