Manager, Talent Acquisition
Works with division and corporate talent acquisition executives to develop recruitment strategy, set priorities, and define quarterly and annual recruitment goals. Establishes best practice processes, workflow, and guidelines for recruiting coordination and collaboration across all geographies and business units. Establishes metrics and benchmarks for recruiting performance and forecasted growth at the business-unit recruiter level. Researches, identifies, and implements the most appropriate and cost effective/competitive recruiting tools. Responsible for the planning, execution, and updates for the Recruitment Management System. Coordinates and/or provides recruitment training and development. Proactively develops candidate pools and full-cycle recruiting strategy to fill Americas Division director-level and ad hoc hard-to-fill positions.
