Our team of specialists are committed to providing exemplary customer service by upholding these values that will strengthen us to become the leader in the beauty industry.Principle Duties for Lash Consultant / Sales Associate:Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Membership and retail products to guestsProvide Gold Standard customer service to all guestsAnswers phone calls, books reservation, and enthusiastically greeting guestsMaintains professionalism and courtesy at all timesAssists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance and data entry of guest records and surveysAssists in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and storage roomsDesire to learn and adapt to the membership selling processVarious duties as assigned by Studio ManagementTop Priorities for Lash Consultants:Answering phone calls, booking reservations and maintaining fluid operations at the front deskPromoting and selling Amazing Lash Memberships and Retail ProductLead Generation which includes warm calls to leadsHelps maintains an impeccable clean studioClose 60% or Greater on Membership SalesExperience required for Lash Consultants:Sales and customer service experience in service/retail industryAbility to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.*******TEAM PLAYER********Must be customer service oriented and able to utilize effective communication with all guests, studio management and fellow associatesMust be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends, and holidaysThis role is perfect for those looking for part-time opportunities.
