Program Manager/Director for SAP S4 Transformation
Job Title: Program Manager / Director – SAP S/4HANA TransformationLocations: Maryland & Los Angeles (Hybrid)Job Overview Highly skilled Program Manager to lead our critical SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex enterprise-wide transformations, and exceptional change management and stakeholder communication skills.Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Define, plan, and execute the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and governance.Strategic Planning: Work closely with executive leadership to align the S/4HANA program with business strategy and objectives. This includes selecting the optimal migration path (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and expectations with senior executives, business unit leaders, IT teams, and external partners (System Integrators) to ensure program success.Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. Develop and implement contingency plans to keep the project on track.Team and Resource Management: Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team of project managers, functional consultants, technical experts, and change management specialists.Financial Management: Oversee the program budget, track spending, and ensure the program delivers the expected return on investment (ROI).Vendor and Partner Management: Manage the relationship with SAP and other third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring they meet their deliverables and performance standards.Change Management: Champion and lead the organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth user adoption of the new system and business processes.Reporting: Provide regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders on program status, milestones, and key performance indicators.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years specifically leading large-scale SAP transformations.Demonstrated experience with a full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion.Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, key business processes, and technical architecture.Strong understanding of different S/4HANA deployment options (On-Premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud).Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SAP S/4HANA certifications) are highly desirable.Seniorities DirectorEmployment details Employment type: Full-timeJob function: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
