Job Title: Mid level Fullstack Java developerLocation: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid)Bill Rate: $78/hrJob DescriptionTo be successful in this role, you should have:Strong hands-on full stack developer with full SDLC ownership (design, build, test, deploy, and operate)Experience working with Java based technologies and modern engineering stacks, including Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, messaging, SQL, Linux/Unix, CI/CD pipelines, and common design patternsDemonstrated hands-on engineering capability with strong code quality, testing discipline, and ability to diagnose issues end-to-endConsistently applies TDD/unit testing practices and contributes to automated regression coverageAccountability for delivery commitments, including estimating effort, managing dependencies, and delivering to agreed timelines and quality standardsEffective collaboration across engineering, QA, and product teams, with clear communication to technical and non technical stakeholders and contributions to Agile delivery practicesExperienced in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), with strong practices around definition of done, documentation, and continuous improvement5+ years of working experience as a full stack developerAdditional Highly Valued Skills IncludeInvestment banking/markets domain experience is preferredExperience working with Account Management System, account onboarding/maintenanceExperience working with Gitlab
