Job Description Company DescriptionKellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Food Service Supervisor at the Madison County Jail located in Richmond, KY. This is a Full-Time position with benefits. We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $14.50 an hour. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a food service supervisor to oversee inmates in preparing the meals for the day.Your job duties will include, but not limited to:ensuring recipes are followed.ensuring correct ingredients/amounts are used.following food safety standardsWe supervise and work with non-violent inmates.Experience is bulk cooking facilities is preferred, but not required. QualificationsExperience in Food Preparation, Culinary Arts, and Food SanitizationFamiliarity with Food Safety Protocols, Nutrition Standards, and Compliance RegulationsAbility to work in a structured environment and adapt to a correctional facility settingStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in correctional food service is a plusServSafe Certification or equivalent is preferred MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST TO WORK IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
