Senior Human Resources Generalist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Responsible for the overall management, administration and coordination of the human resource function for a team of ~80 employees growing to 100 as MCG continues to expand.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees.Implements and annually update the compensation guidelines, job descriptions, conduct annual salary surveys, analyzes compensation, monitors the performance evaluation process and revises when necessary.Coordinate and assist with ongoing payroll, commission, and other compensatory questions and processes.Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.Oversee all benefit plan programs, including assessment, renewals and ongoing participation and communicationConduct recruitment for all exempt and nonexempt positions; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts background checks; extends job offers, and conducts new employee orientations.Coordinate, organize, oversee and facilitate required training sessions across a broad range of requirements including for FedRAMP.Coaches, counsels and guides managers regarding effective management of their employees.Provide employee relations counseling for both managers and employees.Manage and complete all Federal, GSA, FedRAMP and other required reporting.QualificationsThis individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, education, and/or ability required.
