You will check all incoming and outgoing inventory and needs of the stockroom.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet the example of operational excellence by following policies and procedures, while elevating the standards through proper usage of the proper tools and equipment.Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Retail Operations about the general conditions of the store and stockroomHelp manage the operational aspects of the store, including monthly cycle counts, mid and full year inventory, follow up of the operational routines and monitoring Store-to-Store transfers ensuring accuracy and maintaining high quality of executionResponsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroomProcess damages to company standard on a monthly basisSupport the sales team with several tasks including running sizes, assisting on cash register, and advising on stock availabilityWork alongside the Store Manager to ensure stock and monetary shrinkage is kept to a minimum and withinManage stock and optimize the organization of the back officePerform all shipping/ receiving tasks in efficient and timely manner: check the incoming merchandise for quality and quantity of packages.Prepare, organize, and participate in inventories and analysis of resultsComplete all SOF fulfilment in a timely mannerYOU’LL NEED TO HAVEPrevious experience of at least 2 years in a stock position, preferably in a luxury retail environmentHighly organized, rigorous and reliable, proactive and able to organize the work of the team and to anticipate needsProficient with Word/ Excel / IT toolsWE’D LOVE TO SEEAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive resultsA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive and multi-task within a high-paced environmentService-oriented, proactive to propose improvements and support other team membersOUR DIVERSITY VALUEAt Versace, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
