We are currently partnered with a growing company here in San Antonio that is looking to add an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to their team.This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and customer interaction but prefers working warm inbound opportunities instead of spending all day cold calling.Key details: • $65k–$75k base salary • Year 1 OTE ~ $100k • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidaysThe role: • Responding to inbound calls, emails, and website chat inquiries • Qualifying prospective customers and identifying needs • Passing qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team • Serving as the first point of contact and helping create a strong customer experienceThe company is looking for someone who is: • Professional and organized • Strong communicator • Comfortable juggling conversations across phone, email, and chat • Team-oriented with a solid work ethic • Experienced in inside sales, SDR, customer service, or lead qualification environmentsOne of the biggest advantages here is the structure of the role — the leads are inbound and already engaged, which allows the sales team to focus more on quality conversations and less on chasing cold prospects.If you'd be open to hearing more, feel free to message me directly.
