COs will drive young voter contact and turnout as the on-the-ground leaders of our campaign’s youth organizing program — turning campus energy into consistent volunteer action and measurable electoral impact. The Pennsylvania Democratic Party (PDP) is committed to electing Democrats at every level of government and building a strong, inclusive organization across the Commonwealth.
