Candidates must demonstrate a profound commitment to pedagogical excellence and student success. Preferred candidates will possess a documented record of effective instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels.Specialization and ExpertiseThe School seeks expertise in the following domains: pathopharmacology, adult medical/surgical, pediatrics, gerontology, obstetrics, behavioral/mental health, community/population health, and clinical foundations/reasoning. Substantial clinical experience and direct patient care expertise in one or more of these areas are mandatory.Appointment DetailsFollowing admission of the inaugural cohorts of students in Fall 2025 and January 2026, these full-time, in-person positions will commence on August 1, 2026, at the Malibu and Calabasas campuses. In all cases, the ranges reflect what Pepperdine reasonably expects to pay for the faculty appointment.
