This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers while ensuring the service drive operates smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival in the service driveProvide a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience for all guestsAccurately track and document vehicle locations after parkingSafely park and retrieve customer vehicles as neededEnsure all vehicles are vacuumed and presented cleanly before returnMaintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive areaKeep parking areas orderly and efficiently arrangedAssist service advisors and team members as neededQualifications:Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and professional appearanceAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive payOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentTraining and development
