I’m expanding my search for a technical co-founder for Hair Companion AI.Hair Companion AI is a practitioner-first platform designed to bring structure, intelligence, and continuity to hair and scalp care.Today, most professionals manage client care across a mix of booking apps, notes, photos, and memory. There’s no unified system for tracking scalp conditions, treatments, product usage, or long-term outcomes — especially in care-focused and textured-hair spaces.We’re building toward a different model: A system that helps practitioners standardize consultations, document care, and eventually power more intelligent, explainable recommendations over time.This is an infrastructure-first approach — not just another beauty app.We’re currently finalizing practitioner validation, with additional survey rounds underway, and preparing for MVP development and accelerator applications.To be transparent: This is an equity-first founding opportunity. We are pre-revenue, and compensation would come through funding, whether from investors or acceptance into a funded accelerator program.If accepted into the right program, the founding team should be prepared for temporary relocation or in-person participation.I’m looking for someone who understands what true 0→1 building means: ownership, uncertainty, speed, and long-term commitment.This is not a traditional job posting.
