Summary$50 - $150 per visitThis position is not eligible for benefits.As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and be able to use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes.* Must demonstrate good clinical reasoning and judgement as it relates to assessing ADL performance, cognition and home safety.* Must be comfortable with the use point of care technology when completing assessments.ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments.
