The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, utilization strategies, customer retention through building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the child care industry.What You’ll DoRevenue accountability: Responsible for maintaining and driving revenue growth with existing customers through strategic planning and executionIdentify Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing customers through upselling Procare products and solutionsCustomer Retention: Actively work to retain customers and foster ongoing engagementContract Negotiation: Negotiate and secure multi-year contract terms with c-level and senior leadership that are favorable for both customers and Procare, ensuring mutual benefits and revenue retentionObjection Handling: Effectively handle and resolve customer objections to close deals successfullySales Process Accountability: Drive and take full accountability for the sales process, from initial contact to closing dealsBuild and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and trustAccount Planning: Organize, plan, and execute account reviews with enterprise clientsProfessionalism and Leadership: Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and leadership to inspire confidence and respectClient Satisfaction Assessment: Regularly evaluate client satisfaction to ensure top-level service and supportConsultative Approach: Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutionsIndustry Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the payments and SaaS industries to effectively address client requirementsHighly Motivated: Demonstrate a high level of motivation to achieve and exceed sales targetsGoal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and executionPipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and timely follow-upsUtilization Strategies: Create and implement strategies to increase customer usage and satisfaction of Procare’s software solutionsStrong Communication: Build and execute in-person and virtual presentations to all levels within an organization. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
