Senior Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to support strategic business initiatives and manage shared service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
Gather and analyze complex data to identify trends and support decision-making
Collaborate with teams to define operational support requirements and improve business processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BS) and 2 - 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a complex business environment
Prior experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is desirable
Experience with insurance policy management/administration systems is a plus
Basic knowledge of Organizational Change Management standards is preferred
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
