You are the person implementing each client's program, measuring their growth, and building the kind of trusted relationship that person-centered care depends on.Day to dayImplementing individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)Collecting behavioral data every session to track progressWorking with clients through structured activities and playCommunicating with your clinical team and the families you serveKeeping your therapy space clean and organized****What we need from youHigh school diploma or equivalent18+ years oldValid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PMCompletion of CA LiveScan and background checkCleared TB test and completed immunizationsAble to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbsRBT certification (we'll cover training and certification if you don't have it)Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilitiesCompensation and benefits$23–$30/hr depending on experiencePaid RBT certification trainingPaid drive time and mileage between clientsBenefits starting at 25 hrs/weekCareer path: RBT → Program Manager → BCBA → Mentoring BCBANo evenings or weekends — sessions end by 6:30 PMCCBS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
