DescriptionBlessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advancement Department Administrative Assistant to support fundraising, events, and community engagement efforts.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Advancement Office Process donations and maintain donor records Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor communications Help plan and execute school events Support alumni and community outreach efforts RequirementsQualifications:Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database experience a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Commitment to the mission of Catholic education This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours for events.
