Programs & Initiatives Coordinator (Project Coordinator II)Location: Austin, TX - HybridDuration: 9 Months Pay Rate Range: $29 - $34/hr on W2 + benefitsDuties:Virtual event production, coordinate website enhancements and maintenance, execute UAT testing, and update website as needed.Process access requests.Provides support with scheduling, organizing, drafting materials, and other tasks related to programs and initiatives within the GRCE team.Skills and Experience:Three or more years of related experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.Competency using a variety of computer software.Must be proficient with Mac OS.Education:College degree preferred, or an equivalent of education plus relevant experience in an office environment.Job# 23-00718
