Construction Manager

Title: Construction Manager Location: Richland, WA Duration: Contract QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or project management preferred. Must have 5+ years nuclear power plant experience. Managing the services of large scale, outside contractors, is required Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction, cost and scheduling, subcontract administration and the ability to develop or evaluate construction strategies and techniques. Have experience of executing work in radiological areas (nuclear) with a history of executing and planning work in radiological environments. Experience in commercial nuclear power plant system(s) replacements/upgrades. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Nuclear Power Plant: 5 years (Preferred) Construction: 5 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Richland, WA (Required) Ability to Relocate: Richland, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
