Project Manager
Project Manager - Agricultural and Industrial ConstructionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale Agricultural and Industrial construction projects. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring that key performance indicators such as schedule, cost, productivity, safety, and quality are met.Responsibilities+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting meetings and providing progress updates.+ Manage client expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.+ Own project KPIs, including schedule, cost, productivity, safety, and quality.+ Oversee grading and earthwork, including cut/fill operations and underground utility coordination.+ Supervise large-scale concrete formwork and pours, including 10-foot elements that support major steel columns.+ Coordinate structural steel erection with foundations and downstream trades.+ Manage and sequence the installation of advanced systems, including automated feedlines, water lines, heavy electrical systems, ventilation ductwork, and airflow systems.Essential Skills+ Experience in construction management, preferably in an industrial environment such as food/beverage or livestock.+ Proven experience with heavy earth moving and foundational concrete footings.+ Leadership experience, having led a team of field crew in construction.+ Strong expertise in grading, earthwork, concrete formwork, foundations, and structural steel coordination.+ Deep understanding of underground utilities, water lines, heavy electrical systems, and ventilation ductwork/airflow systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects.+ Understanding of federal spending in livestock and agricultural industries.Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily onsite with a travel requirement. Work schedule follows a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation, allowing for optimal work-life balance. The position involves primarily regional travel, ensuring more time at home. Per diem and all travel expenses are covered. You will engage in long-term, high-impact Agricultural and Industrial projects.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millard, NE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
