This person will lead and execute software development initiatives for the firm, while tasked with transforming the development processes and capabilities, for the 'Up through the ranks' hands-on experience you have maintained.Possess IT financial skills – building a budget, managing spend and staff..Be a results-oriented leader, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and heavily adaptabile to the evolving business landscape.You should have at least 10 years of experience managing complex projects.with at least 8 years of direct management of a development team.-Compensation to be consistent with expectations for the role
