Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionPosition Overview:Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the parts outbound and inbound inventory duties and functions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Duties include directing and administering the organization’s warehouse management systems, policies, procedures, and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesParts and Inbound Inventory: Responsible for the daily operation of the parts and inbound inventory functions and task assignment Responsible for the accuracy of inventory. Oversee the receiving process and put away of merchandise and keep accurate documentation Label and verify each inbound shipment and check all items for accuracy and in a timely matter Notify manager when discrepancies occur, over-shipments or substitutions have been made Follow the goals, objectives and procedures set by the company to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency in improving the operations Train and mentor associates Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and multi-taskingMaintain Work Practices Maintain work environment to 5S standards Punctual: begins work on time and returns from lunch and breaks on time All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workersMarginal Job Functions Promote a positive, safe, clean, and well-organized work area Other projects assignedRequirementsEducation: High school degree or equivalent requiredExperience 3 – 5 years of experience in a warehouse environmentOther Requirements Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel SAP experience strongly desired FedEx and UPS shipping experience preferredBenefitsWe offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
