Overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful. Specific duties include: Leading and mentoring a dynamic team Developing and managing the budget Ensuring the property is meeting KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset, and Budget Management Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residents Performs all other duties as assignedWhy join the Monroe Team?
