This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Pediatrician - Clinic Based.Pay Details:Pay Range: $260,000 - $305,000 annuallyWork Setting:On- SitePosition Details:Direct HireLocation: National City, CaliforniaMonday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pmPediatrician Job Summary:Assists in developing and implementing procedures and protocols to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive health services and quality assurance.Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, counseling/education and treatment for a specified population adhering to the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times.Provide clinical supervision and education to Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, and assistants.Supports an environment of exchange and recommends improvements in all clinical areas. In general, drives areas to improve patient information exchange, overall patient satisfaction, experience and/or other operational areas to meet or exceed all measures.Pediatrician Background:Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.Must hold an active unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state at hire.Must be Board certified in Pediatrics or Medicine-Pediatrics.At least 2-3 years clinical experience practicing medicine.Any additional experience working for a urgent care/outpatient clinical setting is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills are needed. xhyhwjd If healthcare is your passion, apply today and one of our recruiters will reach out to you immediately!Qualifications: -1 year of Pediatrics experienceWorking Hours: -Monday to Friday, 8a to 5p.
