Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to conduct disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the federal benefits assessment process. In this role, you will perform structured, in-person medical assessments and review medical documentation to support accurate, fair, and timely evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive, in-person disability evaluations for Veterans.
Review and interpret medical records using a secure electronic platform.
Document clinical findings accurately and completely in standardized forms.
Provide clear, objective medical opinions based on examination results.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and respect in all Veteran interactions.
Note: This position does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing. Final disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).Requirements
Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and online documentation.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Professional communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience performing medical assessments, physical examinations, or evaluations.
