Field Manager

* We are specifically looking for a resource who has extensive ground-level fielding experience across various AT&T Wireline projects and a strong understanding of AT&T standards, processes, delivery expectations, and ATT IQGEO and Katapult tools. * In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have proven leadership experience managing a geographically distributed fielding team across the USA. * The individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, achieving 100% On-Time Performance (OTP), minimizing rework and returns, and coordinating effectively with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. * Strong hands-on AT&T Wireline fielding experience. * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale fielding operations across multiple markets.
