This role is 100% remote although individuals must be based and barred in the state of California. Responsibilities Reviewing and clearing conflicts of interest for new client and matter intake across a fast-paced transactional practiceDrafting conflict waivers, ethical wall memos, and client consent letters Consulting with attorney teams and the Office of General Counsel on complex engagement issues Advising on lateral attorney conflicts and restricted party screening Helping streamline business acceptance processes Staying ahead of ethics developments and jurisdictional rule changes across all office locations RequirementsJ.D. and active bar admission in CA2–5 years of transactional conflicts experience, ideally in a mid-to-large law firm InTapp experience a plusExceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure
