Equity Program Lead
A company is looking for an Equity Program Lead who will serve as the operational and strategic intermediary between the Director/Manager of Equity Management and the Equity Program Specialist.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective administration, accuracy, and execution of all equity programs and related processes
Provide operational leadership and quality oversight for equity transactions and documentation
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to support compliant equity operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in equity administration, HR operations, compensation, accounting, or finance
Strong understanding of equity programs and common equity lifecycle transactions
Advanced level experience with Excel and familiarity with equity management platforms
Experience with Workday and DocuSign
