What You Will Do:
As the Human Resources Director, you will provide strategic leadership for all HR functions, with a key focus on full life cycle recruitment. You’ll oversee recruitment from start to finish, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent. Additionally, you will leverage innovative technology to enhance all HR processes, especially through maximizing the capabilities of ADP Workforce Now (WFN). Your responsibilities will include:
Leading full life cycle recruitment efforts, from identifying talent needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding and retention strategies.
Designing and executing HR strategies that align with our mission and support organizational growth.
Managing employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all HR regulations.
Developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance team skills and leadership capabilities.
Driving the full adoption of ADP WFN, ensuring the HR team uses it to streamline operations such as onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
Fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Continuously improving HR processes through data-driven decisions, automation, and innovative solutions.
Within your first 6 months, you will have:
Led successful recruitment campaigns, filling key roles with top talent and refining our recruitment process to improve efficiency.
Elevated our use of ADP WFN, automating HR processes and training the team to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
Launched employee engagement and development initiatives that drive satisfaction and retention, measurable through engagement surveys.
You are someone who:
Has extensive experience in full life cycle recruitment, ensuring that hiring processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.
Thrives in leveraging HR technology, particularly ADP WFN, to enhance and streamline HR operations.
Is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of how to attract and retain top talent in a mission-driven organization.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex employee relations and foster a collaborative culture.
Has a proactive approach to problem-solving and embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing recruitment and HR operations.
Strong expertise in full life cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency with ADP WFN and other HRIS platforms.
Non-profit HR experience is highly preferred.
PHR or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
Work Location: Westbury, NY
Work Hours/Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday: Flexible schedule
Pay: $120,000 - $125,000

Paid Time Off:
