Manufacturing Industrial Painter

PainterThis is a hands-on, skilled manufacturing role as an industrial painter responsible for the final preparation, finishing, and shipping of our form systems. You’ll own the paint booth paint and support other areas of operations to ensure our customers receive top-quality products on time. We run M-F during the day with flexibility in shifts.Primary Responsibilities And DutiesPainting & Surface PreparationPrepare forms and components for finishing, including cleaning and degreasingApply acrylic enamel coatings using painting systemEnsure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to company standardsMove products safely in and out of the paint booth using forklifts, rail and material-handling equipmentTeam CollaborationWork closely with Production leads to ensure prompt order fulfillmentCross-train in other areas of Operations as neededSupport additional manufacturing and assembly duties as required.
