Contracts Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Kranze Technology Solution is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of government contracts. This role ensures compliance with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), company policies, and customer requirements. The Contract Manager serves as a key business partner to Program Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support successful program execution and risk management.ResponsibilitiesManage the end‐to‐end contract lifecycle, including proposal review, contract negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeoutLead contract negotiations with U.S. Government agencies and prime contractorsEnsure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, ITAR/EAR, and other applicable regulationsReview and analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quote (RFQs), statements of work (SOWs), terms and conditions, and other contractual documentsIdentify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies to internal stakeholdersDraft, review, and negotiate contract terms, amendments, change orders and subcontractsServe as the primary contracts point of contact for assigned programs and customersPartner with Program Management to monitor contract performance, scope, schedule, funding, and deliverablesSupport audits and compliance reviews (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) as requiredMaintain accurate contract files and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirementsProvide guidance and training to internal teams on contractual obligations and compliance mattersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Law, or related field[5+ years] of progressive contract management experience, preferably within the defense or aerospace industryStrong working knowledge of FAR and DFARSDemonstrated experience negotiating complex government contractsAbility to interpret legal language and translate contractual requirements into actionable guidanceStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office toolsActive or ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, which requires US CitizenshipPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreeNCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM)Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or intelligence community programsExperience with cost‐reimbursement, fixed‐price, and hybrid contract typesReady to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
