Security Administrator III

Major Responsibilities and AuthorityAs a team lead:Develop, implement, and review security products, tools, processes and controls.Create and maintain naming standards of all security objects (such as Active Directory groups) and data.Build, upgrade, and review installation and operations of security administration software and tools.Manage security access to production groups and non-human identity accounts to support least privilege and security core principles.Research, analyze and recommend policies, processes, software, and tools to meet enterprise security needs.Manage security administration software and tools to optimize security monitoring, data protection, and securing systems.Gather feedback from IS teams and third parties to improve configuration of security administration software and tools.Build, configure, and implement disaster recovery and business continuity processes for all security administration software and tools.Troubleshoot and resolve problems with security tools and processes.Provide overview training to end users.Responsible for building and maintaining relevant documentation.Define and generate security reports for compliance and upper management.Create and estimate task lists, projects, and timelines as it pertains to Enterprise projects.Work and collaborate with other team members and IS teams to facilitate security-related changes.Provide after-hours problem resolution as required.Other duties as assignedDepartmental ResponsibilitiesUpdate and resolve incidents/requests/projects per established procedures.Escalate problems to appropriate personnel, as needed.Complete all training and assignments in a timely and effective manner.Apply departmental standards and procedures to all assignments.Adhere to all defined processes and procedures.Effectively communicate with appropriate personnel.Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously.Function effectively as a team lead.Minimum Position QualificationsBachelor's degree from accredited college or university in a network, computer, or management related field and proven experience in an information technology-related field.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Excellent organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability and willingness to learn and extend skills.Technical Skills (Advanced Level or Higher)Microsoft Active DirectoryPowerShell scriptingPython scriptingSQL query knowledgePreferred Technical Skills (Advanced Level or Higher)SailPoint Identity Service Cloud (ISC)RACFCriblMimecastTenable NessusSpecterOps BloodhoundKnowBe4 Security Awareness TrainingKnowBe4 Phishing toolsPhysical RequirementsUse of PC and other office equipment for over six (6) hours per day.Extended periods of sitting and concentration.Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs.Working ConditionsOccasionally long, irregular hours.Provide after-hours problem resolution when required.Work to be conducted in office environment owned or leased by company.Travel as required.Texas Farm Bureauis an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V).J-18808-Ljbffr
