You'll handle point-of-sale transactions, assist with merchandise setup and restocking, and provide knowledgeable, friendly service to fans purchasing sports and concert memorabilia. This fast-paced, high-energy role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic event environments and are passionate about live entertainment and customer service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Handles credit card transactions using the Point of Sales system.Responds to guest's needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.Responds to guest needs and requests.Employs good safety and sanitation practices.Follows cash handling guidelines.Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.Communicates guest issues to management.Follows responsible alcohol service policiesPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentOperate point-of-sale systems to process card transactions quickly and accuratelySet up and break down merchandise booths before and after eventsMaintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displaysRestock inventory during events to ensure product availabilityAssist customers with product selection and sizingHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionallyCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth booth operationsFollow venue-specific protocols and security proceduresSupport merchandise logistics across multiple venues as neededOther duties as assigned.QualificationsStand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.Must be able to reach with hands and arms for one-third to two-thirds or more of the designated shift.Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor at all timesDemonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory countsBe punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAdapt quickly to fast-paced, high-volume event environmentsUphold brand standards and represent merchandise partners positivelyCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersFollow all safety and operational guidelines set by each venueThe ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending EnglishApply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
