Role SummaryThe Post Production & Motion Specialist is responsible for finishing and enhancing creative assets across photography, video, and motion graphics.This role modernizes traditional retouch workflows by integrating AI-assisted post-production, motion graphics, video editing, and sound finishing to support faster creative output across paid media, social, ecommerce, and campaign content.The position plays a critical role in increasing asset velocity while maintaining a premium visual standard across TYR’s digital surfaces.ResponsibilitiesImage Retouch & Asset FinishingPerform high-quality retouch for product and campaign imageryMaintain texture accuracy, material fidelity, and color consistencyPrepare final assets for ecommerce, paid media, and social distributionMotion Graphics &Visual EnhancementCreate motion overlays and animations for social and paid creativeSupport designers and video editors with motion graphics elementsEnhance static assets with motion for digital environmentsVideo Editing & Post ProductionEdit short-form video content for social and paid mediaAssist with campaign cutdowns and modular content productionSupport the Content Studio with editing throughput when neededSound Design & Audio FinishingClean and optimize audio for video contentAdd sound effects and light audio design to enhance product storytellingEnsure final video assets meet platform-ready standardsAI-Enabled Workflow IntegrationImplement AI tools for faster retouch and post-productionReduce manual editing time through batch and automation workflowsContinuously improve creative finishing pipelinesCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Content Producer to accelerate capture-to-delivery workflowSupport designers with asset finishing and motion enhancementsCollaborate with video editors to maintain production speed and qualityKPIsRetouch and post-production turnaround ≤48 hours30–40% reduction in manual retouch time through AI workflowsIncreased video asset output for paid and social channelsReduced revision cycles due to finishing or polish issuesConsistent visual and audio quality across creative assetsQualifications & Experience3–5+ years of experience in post-production, retouching, motion graphics, video editing, or related creative rolesStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and LightroomExperience retouching product and campaign imagery for ecommerce, social media, or digital marketingAbility to create basic motion graphics and edit short-form video content for paid and organic social channelsFamiliarity with AI-assisted creative and editing tools to support faster production workflowsStrong understanding of color correction, image optimization, and digital asset preparationExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent visual standard across assetsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills across creative, marketing, and production teamsExperience in apparel, retail, sports, or consumer brands preferredBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, or related field preferred
