About the Role As a Sonic Drive-In Team Member, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive delicious food and drinks. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from taking orders to preparing food and providing carhop service. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to Sonic standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Carhop Service: Deliver food and drinks to guests at their cars using our iconic carhop system. Cashier Duties: Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
