Warehouse AssociateOur Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, in-town parts pickup and general shop duties. Other tasks include putting items into inventory and keeping track of parts received vs. not received on a per project basis. Good organizational skills and a high attention to detail are a must.This position will be on site at a customer location; Capital Sand Proppants located at 418 County Road 347 Jackson, MO 63755.ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our production staff, you will:Identify incoming shipments, compare products received to the packing slip, noting any differences and forward packing slip to Order Processing in a timely mannerUse our computer system to track incoming parts, fill orders and maintain accurate inventory countsKeep project pick lists up to date with parts that have been receivedPull products based on delivery ticket and double check the order for accuracyPack and ship orders to customersAssist with processing UPS and motor freight shipments.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse areaAssist with local parts pickup and deliveries by driving a company vehicle, as neededAssist Production and Operations managers with any other duties, as neededCore Requirements· High school diploma required· Lift product up to 30 pounds· Walk or stand for extended periods· Dependability and reliability a must· Strong organizational skills· Good verbal communication skills· Must be clean cut and well groomedDriver Eligibility Requirements:· Must be 18 years of age or older· No more than 2 moving violations in the past 18 months· No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months· No more than 1 at fault accident with bodily injury in the past 3 yearsBenefits Available:· Medical Insurance· Dental Insurance· Vision Insurance· 401(k) with company matching· Short-Term / Long-Term Disability· Life Insurance· Paid Time Off· Paid HolidaysPurvis Industries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes a drug free workplace.No agencies please.
