High in the stunning Elk Mountains, Aspen, Colorado offers unparalleled access to world-class alpine and Nordic skiing, hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation — all in a vibrant, close-knit community.We are seeking a Med/Peds Hospitalist to join our collaborative team in a full-time position providing high-quality, mission-driven inpatient care.? Position at a GlanceSchedule: 8 shifts/month (24-hour shifts)Shift Hours: 6 AM – 6 AM, typically worked in 3–4 shift blocksTeam Model: Work alongside a dedicated team including physicians and an APP (requires supervision)Night Support: Considering telehealth support; in-person coverage provided for longer shift blocksRequirement: BC Med/Peds or FM with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)? Scope of PracticeLevel 1 Nursery: Well-baby careInpatient Pediatrics & Pediatric ICUAdult Med/Surg Inpatient CareICU Rounding (Closed ICU model — comparable to step-down units in larger hospitals)No high-risk deliveries; attendance required for unplanned C-sections?
