Automation Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a factory setting, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality control measures. 2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm Pay will depend on experience $22-$25/hr plus $1 shift differential! Responsibilities - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes. - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines accurately. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. - Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards. - Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. - Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. - Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Skills - Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, for designing and modifying machine components. - Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks. - Experience with machining processes, including welding, materials handling, and operating logic controllers. - Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation effectively. - Knowledge of quality control practices to ensure product integrity. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
