As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of post-trade processes, working closely with various departments and supporting firm-wide initiatives. Responsibilities Reconciliation: Match and reconcile external reports with internal systems. Daily Reporting: Analyze and create daily reconciliations for multiple accounts. Data Management: Maintain accurate trade flow data and records. Audit Support: Review and process audit confirmations, coordinating responses. Regulatory Oversight: Assist with possession and control processes, ensuring compliance. Process Improvement: Evaluate new regulations and contribute to efficiency initiatives. Trade Settlement: Track and reconcile trade settlements and fees. Collaboration: Partner with back and middle office teams to resolve trade issues. Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain management reporting and KPIs. Project Management: Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment. Self-motivated and intellectually curious, able to take initiative. Excellent communication skills for clear presentation of findings. Team-oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating with various functions. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Familiarity with financial services and regulatory requirements is an asset. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management. A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
