People Operations Lead
A company is looking for a People Operations & Readiness Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operational ownership of core people workstreams and programs
Coordinate tactical implementation of new program changes and manage change across the business
Drive consistency in alignment with employee data management, taxonomy, and compensation across corporate and regional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
OR equivalent experience
3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance
Demonstrated experience in sales operations, program management, or change management
Familiarity with incentive/compensation concepts and change management methodologies
