You will be the driving force behind daily site activity, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and maintaining excellence across all phases of construction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations on ultra-high-end residential buildsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain programme timelinesEnsure all work meets exceptional quality and finish standardsEnforce health & safety regulations and site complianceMonitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and report to senior project leadershipMaintain strong communication with clients, architects, and designersConduct regular site inspections and quality control checksRequirements:Proven experience supervising high-end residential construction projects ($10M+ preferred)Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and construction methodsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanshipRelevant construction qualifications or certifications preferredAPPLY today for immediate consideration!
