This role will provide strategic oversight of enterprise learning portfolios while partnering closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and operational teams to develop and implement effective workforce development solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong program management, training strategy, regulatory compliance, and organizational development experience with the ability to drive complex initiatives across diverse operating units and highly regulated environments.Key Responsibilities• Lead enterprise learning programs and portfolios supporting workforce capability, operational performance, and regulatory compliance• Provide strategic direction to Enterprise Learning & Development (EL&D) teams to ensure workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness• Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies that address operational, safety, and regulatory requirements• Oversee implementation of training initiatives across multiple operating units and business functions• Evaluate training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives• Manage training curriculum maintenance, enhancements, and development activities to ensure compliance and business alignment• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and operational teams to develop learning solutions• Develop project requirements, implementation roadmaps, schedules, and execution plans for enterprise learning initiatives• Analyze operational and regulatory impacts and provide strategic recommendations to leadership• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and executive presentations• Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to evaluate training outcomes and organizational impact• Support workforce transformation, organizational change management, and operational readiness initiatives• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards• Drive complex initiatives while navigating organizational challenges, competing priorities, and evolving business requirementsWhat You'll Be Working On• Enterprise learning and workforce development programs• Safety and regulatory training initiatives• Utility operations and technical workforce readiness programs• Organizational performance improvement initiatives• Training portfolio management and governance• Learning effectiveness analysis and performance measurement• Regulatory compliance and operational training programs• Cross-functional enterprise transformation initiativesRequired Skills & Experience• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise learning, workforce development, or training initiatives• Experience overseeing implementation of training programs across multiple operating units• Experience evaluating training effectiveness, identifying performance gaps, and reporting outcomes• Experience managing training curriculum development and maintenance programs• Experience making data-driven recommendations and leading complex operational initiatives• Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, and instructional design teams• Strong project and program management skills including roadmap development and execution management• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, highly regulated environments• Stable work history within large enterprise organizationsDesired Skills• Experience supporting utility, energy, infrastructure, or highly regulated industries• Experience assessing impacts of regulatory requirements and safety initiatives on operational environments• Experience supporting electric grid infrastructure, field operations, customer operations, or craft-based organizations• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and aligning business operations to compliance standards• Experience implementing automation and process improvement initiatives• Experience developing executive-level reporting and regulatory communications• Experience supporting workforce transformation and organizational change initiatives• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
