Vice President of ProcurementDallas, TX$210,000 - $275,000 + 20% bonusAbout the Role:We are seeking a senior procurement executive to lead our sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and procurement operations. This role owns total spend across ingredients, packaging, and indirect categories and serves on the Executive Leadership Team. Expect 30-40% of travel to suppliers, manufacturing sites, and industry events.Responsibilities:Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned to company growth and sustainability goalsOwn and optimize total spend across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and indirect categoriesBuild and manage a diverse global supplier base; lead complex, multi-year contract negotiationsConduct regular supplier visits and audits domestically and internationallyDrive supply chain resilience through dual-sourcing, scenario planning, and business continuity programsAdvance ethical sourcing and sustainability commitments across the supply baseLead and develop a team of 8–12 procurement professionalsDeliver year-over-year cost savings and provide commodity cost forecasting to FinanceReport procurement KPIs to the CSCO and BoardQualifications:10+ years in procurement, with 4+ years in a senior leadership roleBackground in CPG / food supply chains strongly preferredProven track record of delivering commercial value through strategic sourcing and negotiationExperience leading cross-functional teams across multiple spend categoriesBachelor's degree required; CPSM or equivalent certification a plusAbility to travel domestically and internationally (30–40%); valid US passport requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary, annual bonus, 401(k) with match, full medical/dental/vision, car allowance, and PTO / vacation time.
