Job Title: RN - Outpatient Clinic Location: Klawock, AK Type: Permanent | Full-Time Shift & Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Day Shift Additional Compensation$25,000 Sign-On Bonus$10,000 Relocation Assistance Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Outpatient Clinic for an exciting opportunity in Klawock, AK. ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient clinical nursing services in an ambulatory care settingPerform patient assessments, specimen collection, and clinical proceduresAssist providers during patient visits to support efficient care deliveryDeliver patient education and support across clinic servicesSupport clinic workflow and daily operational efficiencyMaintain patient flow, resource coordination, and service quality standardsEnsure compliance with clinical policies, infection control, and safety protocolsPerform and document Point-of-Care quality control checksMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor medication inventory, clinic supplies, and equipment readinessCommunicate effectively with providers, staff, and interdisciplinary teamsParticipate in staff meetings, continuing education, and competency requirements RequirementsCurrent unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredAlaska RN license required prior to startBLS certification (AHA) requiredNursing degree/diploma required per RN licensure requirementsMinimum 1 year of acute care experience preferredStrong outpatient or ambulatory care experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and nursing judgment skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environmentStrong communication, teamwork, and patient care skillsProficiency with electronic documentation systemsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities For more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
