This role serves as a subject‐matter expert and key individual contributor, partnering closely with Finance, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across international tax processes. This position follows a hybrid schedule with on‐site presence required four days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLead preparation and review of international tax calculations, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, basis, and related itemsCompute and maintain current and accumulated E&P and PTEP pools for foreign subsidiariesSupport U.S. federal income tax reporting by coordinating data collection and reviewing international forms and disclosures (5471, 8858, 8865, 8992, 8990, 8975, 1118)Coordinate global data needs for Pillar 2 requirements, including GIR and QDMTTProvide inputs to the effective tax rate model and analyze drivers of rate changesReview international components of the income tax provision, including deferred taxes, taxes payable, and uncertain tax positionsMaintain and support tax provision and compliance systems (OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax)Partner with Treasury on international operational matters such as dividends, intercompany financing, withholding taxes, and FX considerationsMonitor global tax law changes and assess impacts to the organizationIdentify and implement process improvements, controls enhancements, and documentation updatesSupport audits, regulatory reporting, and cross‐functional initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experienceAdvanced degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferredExperience with global ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Hands‐on experience with OneSource tax systemsStrong understanding of ASC 740Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with complex tax and financial dataExperience supporting multinational organizations with complex global tax footprintsCompetenciesAgile and adaptable in a changing environmentCustomer‐focused mindsetCollaborative and people‐oriented approachStrong ownership mentality and performance‐drivenCommitment to mission‐driven work and organizational valuesCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $100,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience and locationEligible for annual bonus programComprehensive health, wellness, and insurance benefitsRetirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off, holidays, and leave programsEducation assistance and adoption supportThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced international tax professional looking to take ownership of complex global tax work within a mission‐driven, employee‐owned organization.
