This role requires translating business and consumer needs into impactful visual designs and packaging solutions.The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong creative thinking and execution skills. You will collaborate across regions, so effective communication and stakeholder management are essential.Key Responsibilities:Develop creative campaign concepts and translate them into compelling key visualsDesign digital assets for various business categories and eCommerce campaignsCreate high-volume assets (up to 30 assets per campaign / ~180 visuals per month) for social media and e-retailer platformsDevelop eCommerce content such as power images, secondary benefit visuals, and product storytelling assetsSupport flagship store layouts and assets in alignment with brand guidelinesAssist in major campaigns such as KCPs and Super Brand DaysAdapt existing creatives into multiple formats and sizes with minor enhancements (e.g., color changes, element additions)Create basic GIFs, Instagram Stories, and perform simple video editingEnsure timely delivery of assets within 2–3 working days, including 2–3 revision cyclesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design or a related field from an accredited institution3+ years of design experience, preferably within a creative agency or eCommerce environmentStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud toolsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
