Site Manager — Datacenter OperationsWe’re looking for a proven operator to lead onsite operations across one or multiple mission-critical data center facilities. This role is responsible for uptime, team performance, and day-to-day execution in a 24/7 environment.What this role is:A hands-on leader who owns site operations end-to-end. You’ll be accountable for reliability, team output, and operational excellence, while acting as the escalation point for critical issues.What you’ll own:Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across facilities, hardware, and logistics (10+ staff)Full accountability for 24/7 operations, including uptime, reliability, and SLA performanceIncident response and change management across the siteStaffing, scheduling, and organizational design to support growthPerformance metrics including uptime, MTTR, MTBF, inventory accuracy, and utilizationCross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, and supply chain teamsMust-have background:5+ years in data center or mission-critical operations2+ years managing teams of 10+ peopleStrong understanding of the full data center stack (power, cooling, hardware, networking)Proven experience operating in a 24/7, high-availability environment
