About TuringTuring is an AI-powered tech services company with a mission to accelerate AGI advancement and deployment by bridging the gap between global talent from 100+ countries and the world's best foundational LLM companies, by helping them improve performance through model evaluation, fine-tuning, feedback, factuality and handling diverse data.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Lead who has truly owned products end-to-end—not just written specs, but made real decisions about what gets built, what gets cut, and why.In this role, you’ll help shape realistic product environments and artifacts for an AI benchmark. This includes defining product contexts, team dynamics, and decision-making scenarios that mirror real-world product organizations. You’ll bring strong product judgment, data fluency, and a sharp eye for authenticity in how product work is communicated and executed.What does day-to-day life look like?You will spend your time operating at the intersection of product thinking, data, and storytelling:Define and simulate real-world product scenarios, including company stage, team structures, and product strategy tensionsCreate and review product artifacts such as PRDs, experiment briefs, emails, and Slack threads for realism and qualityEvaluate whether product decisions and communication reflect how strong PMs actually operateDesign and assess A/B experiments, including defining hypotheses, metrics, and success criteriaCollaborate closely with data/analytics perspectives—interpreting experiment results and making informed shipping decisionsBring clarity to ambiguous product situations, especially where speed vs. rigor trade-offs existEnsure product narratives reflect real-world challenges like prioritization conflicts, metric debates, and stakeholder alignmentRequirementsCore Experience5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or technology companiesProven ownership of a product roadmap with real prioritization decisions and trade-offsHands-on experience running experiments and making ship/kill decisions based on dataStrong collaboration experience with analytics or data science teamsProduct & Data SkillsExperience designing and running A/B tests end-to-end (not just reviewing results)Comfortable defining and debating product metrics (e.g., activation, engagement, retention)Ability to interpret imperfect data and still make sound product decisionsStrong understanding of what good vs. poor product-data collaboration looks likeTools & CollaborationFamiliarity with tools such as Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, and SlackStrong written communication skills—able to produce clear, credible product artifactsAbility to distinguish high-quality product thinking from superficial or templated outputsOffer DetailsCompensation: $75/hourCommitments Required: 40 hours per week with overlap of 6 hours with PST.Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)Duration of Contract: 3 months (adjustable based on engagement)Location: USAEvaluation Process60 mins Technical Interview with the hiring manager
